Shipping

1. Where do you ship to?
We currently ship throughout New Zealand. If you're overseas and keen to order, get in touch — we’ll see what we can do!

2. How much is shipping?
Standard NZ shipping (1-3 days, Urban/Rural): $10
Free shipping on all orders over $50

Shipping is automatically calculated at checkout.
You'll receive a tracking link as soon as your order is on its way!

3. Can I pick up my order?
We don’t currently offer pick-ups.


Returns

1. What’s your return policy?
Our products are handmade, which means they often carry their own imperfections, including light scratches/small holes in the resin. Items will be priced based on the quality of the product, and specific imperfections will be detailed in the item description. Please check all product details carefully before purchasing.

If you're unhappy with the product, please email us at alchemyshopnz@gmail.com with your order number and we'll be in touch ASAP to come to a resolution.

2. My item/s have arrived damaged — what do I do?
Oh no! We're so sorry. Please email us at alchemyshopnz@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damage, and we'll sort out a replacement or refund ASAP.
